If you are unable to make a withdrawal, there may be several reasons. Below are the different possibilities:

1) Bonus in progress

• When you have a bonus in progress, it is not possible to make a withdrawal.
• As a reminder, bonuses have varying wagering requirements depending on the offer (unless stated otherwise)
• If you do not wish to achieve your bonus and withdraw your real balance, your current bonus must be cancelled (see the ‘Cancelling my bonus’ article).

2) Non-wagered deposit

• As part of our fight against fraud and money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn.
• If you deposit $25, you must wager this amount at least once before you can withdraw.

3) Minimum withdrawal amount

• The minimum withdrawal amount is $50.
• If your balance is less than this amount, you will not be able to withdraw.

4) Maximum withdrawal amount

• The maximum withdrawal amount is $2,500
• If you request an amount higher than this, you will not be able to withdraw
